Description
18 Spilman Street is a two-storey building that was constructed as a pair with number 17. It features an informal terrace design with painted roughcast and a 20th-century renewed stucco low parapet and cornice. The building has a slate roof and brick end stacks, along with a painted raised plinth.
The façade consists of a two-window range, with renewed horned 16-pane sash windows that are offset to the right. The entrance is located in the right bay and includes an original six-panel door, which has four fielded panels and a narrow overlight above. The doorcase is made of fine Bath stone and is adorned with two Tuscan half-columns, a frieze, and a cornice. The building also has a deep basement.
While it has not been inspected, it is reported to be entirely renovated.
