Description

Mid C19 lofted outbuilding with attached horse-engine shed. Rubble stone with grouted slate, half-hipped roof to main range and slate roof to N side engine-house. Main range has W end stone outside stairs to loft door and raised door to ground floor right. Cut stone cornerstones. N side has centre door with rough stone voussoirs and 6-pane loft window under eaves to right. To left, the engine house is rubble stone with 3-sided canted N end, windowless; W side was formerly of two open bays, one now with double doors, the other infilled with window. E side is infilled and there is a lean-to against wall of main building beyond. Main building has E end loft window.
