Description
Terraced house, painted render with asbestos slate close-eaved roof and no chimneys, Two storeys and cellar. Three window range of C20 double-glazed 12-pane sashes with half-glazed house door in left bay. Formerly there was a C19 shop front with pilasters, fascia and cornice and half-glazed panelled door; iron grille in stall riser. Rear has asbestos slates to roof, with lean-to mirroring that on No 59, to rear right. C20 dormer windows.
Interior altered, stair hall to left with stair against E wall. Chinese Chippendale balustrade to staircase rising from back of hall to landing with similar balustrade, and also to second flight to upper floor. Balustrade is to similar pattern to Nos. 103 and 105, diagonal cross between upright square balusters, and short lengths in the triangles alternately parallel to one or other diagonal. Square newels. Ground floor rear room has fireplace with iron grate. Cellar with flat ceiling and bed rock exposed in NE corner.
