Description

This is an early 19th century lofted cartshed located on the east side of the farmyard at Gellideg. It is constructed from rubble stone and features a slate roof. The ground floor has five large cart entries, each with heavy timber lintels and square piers; the lintel at the left end is cambered. The upper floor includes two large boarded loft lights situated under the eaves. Between these upper windows is a datestone marked probably 'M.M. 1692'. There is a loft window at the north end and outside steps leading to a loft door at the south end.
