Description
The railings, gates, and gatepiers at Hill Park Baptist Chapel are part of a retaining wall made of grey limestone, which is situated in front of the chapel terrace and rises with the slope of the ground to the right. The structure features a raised plinth and a grey stone pier at the right end. It is topped with sandstone coping and has spearhead iron railings that are round in section and include cast-iron finials. At the left end, there are two monolith sandstone piers with plinths and square caps that frame a single gate with dog bars, which matches the railings.
