Description

Former commercial premises, now facade only. Painted stucco with flat eaves, three storeys, double fronted, offset to left. Band over ground floor and windows in raised shouldered surrounds. Renewed sash windows, square 6-pane to top floor, 12-pane to first floor and plate glass to ground floor each side of recessed modern fixed 4-panel door with stucco cornice on consoles above. rectangular fanlight with rectangular tracery over; doorway with stuccoed architrave; with stuccoed moulded cornice on stuccoed scroll brackets over.

Interior demolished.
