Description

12 Tower Hill is a house and outbuilding dating from the 18th century. The house is painted stucco and has a slate roof with three dormers. The three-bay front features plate glass sashes on the upper floor, above ground-floor openings. To the left is a shopfront with a thin fascia and cornice, featuring an incised panel, a six-pane window, and a canted two-pane window to the recessed four-panel shop door, which has a boarded overlight. A fixed twelve-pane sash window is located to the right. The outbuilding to the left is raised on a terrace, with its ground floor at first-floor level of the rest of the buildings. It has a square window with small-paned glazing and a door to the left. The interior has not been inspected.
