Description
Old Pier House is an early to mid 19th century warehouse that has been converted into a club and house. The building is finished in stucco and features a hipped roof with a rendered ridge stack. It is a two-storey structure with a seven-window range, originally consisting of 16-pane sash windows above. The first floor has a broad arched loading door at the center, with a similar entry on the ground floor. The first-floor door has been infilled and partially replaced by a matching sash window. The ground floor opening has been infilled with 20th-century glazing and a door. On the left side of the ground floor, there is a 20th-century horizontal window and door, while the right side features a 20th-century horizontal window, a door leading to Old Pier House, a circular window, and a small door. Additionally, there is a 16-pane sash window on the north end wall, and the rear wall contains some 12 and 16-pane sashes.
