Description

The building is a dry dock located in the yard occupied by Haven Yachts. It features rock-faced limestone walls and coping, with a curved south end that includes steps leading down to the southwest. On the west side, there are three narrow ledges, while the east side has none. At the north end, there are 20th-century metal gates.
