Description
No 16 Meyrick Street is a two-storey, two-window terraced house built in the late Georgian style. It features a two-window return façade that faces north over the church forecourt. The house has a hipped slate roof and a rubble stack to the left over the party wall, with rendered and painted walls. The windows are 12-pane sash types set in plain reveals with projecting sills. The return front includes a blind upper left window and a 12-pane sash window on the upper right, along with a French window on the ground floor to the left. To the right, there is an open pedimented doorcase with an arched fanlight above six-panel doors, which are accessed by two steps. The property is complemented by a pair of panelled gatepiers topped with pyramidal cappings, featuring an iron gate that matches the style of the main church enclosure along the street.
