Description
Cambria House is a building featuring stucco construction and slate roofs behind corniced parapets, with each elevation consisting of three windows. The Church Street facade has a three-window range, where margin-glazed sashes remain on the upper floors. The second-floor windows and the left window of the first and ground floors face Bush Street. The other two first-floor windows have been modified to become lengthened French windows. The ground floor includes an arched doorway located to the left of the center, and an early 20th-century shopfront to the right, which has a bracketed fascia and a recessed entry flanked by plate glass windows. Additionally, three 20th-century plate glass windows have replaced the original sashes on the Church Street side.
