Description
Sincerity is a house built around 1870, constructed from brown rubble stone with grey banding, topped with a slate roof and featuring brick end stacks. The eaves are supported by paired brackets. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has a double fronted design that includes a large 20th-century dormer.
The main front features two large sash windows with marginal glazing bars, painted brick cambered heads, and painted slate sills. On the ground floor, there are two large canted bays with metal-clad hipped roofs, moulded cornices, slate plinths, and similar sash windows. The cornices extend across the centre, forming a door hood supported by pilasters typical of the Saint Dogmaels style. The entrance includes a four-panel door with arched upper panels and a plain overlight.
Additionally, there is a 12-pane loft-light in the north end wall. The front garden is enclosed by spearhead iron railings with dog-bars, set on a dwarf slate block wall topped with slate coping.
