Description

Princess Villa is a house constructed of brown squared rubble stone banded in blue slate, topped with a slate roof and featuring a stone stack at the left end. The building is two storeys high and has a double front with 12-pane sash windows that have cambered heads, painted blue stone voussoirs, and slate sills. The centre of the facade features a half-glazed door set within a timber pilastered doorcase, which is adorned with console brackets supporting a corniced hood. The door has panelled reveals and is accessed by three slate steps leading up to a slate plinth. The property is enclosed by iron railings and has paired gates.
