Two storeys with heavy square stone blocks to eaves cornice, except at slightly projected centre bay on N and S sides, where there is a plain eaves band. Three-window range, with Cilgerran stone plinth, band, rusticated quoins to outer and centre-bay angles, and to all surrounds. Identical N and S fronts with ground floor centre recessed broad arched entry and lunette each side, first floor circular window each side and centre large lunette.
