Description

This is a clapper bridge of an ancient type, located adjacent to a road bridge over the River Alun. It features large slabs of stone laid across two rubble stone piers, which have upstream cutwaters. The center of the bridge is spanned by an especially large slab measuring about 3 meters in length. An iron handrail was added in the 20th century.
