Description
Llys Aeron is a detached house constructed from corrugated iron, topped with a slate roof and red hoop-pattern ridge tiles. The building has an 'L' plan and is one-and-a-half storeys high. The facade features brick stacks located at the right end and left of centre, along with 6-pane sash windows with heads positioned under the eaves on either side of a central porch.
The enclosed porch has a slate roof, matching ridge tiles, and corrugated sides, with 8-pane windows on the returns. It includes a plain board door and a boarded gable adorned with bargeboards and a finial. The left gable end has two 4-pane casement windows situated at attic height.
At the rear left, there is a 6-pane sash window on either side of a doorway, which has a plain door and a plain overlight above it. The rear wing to the right has a slightly lower roof, also featuring similar ridge tiles and a ridge stack positioned to the right of centre. The rear openings include a doorway to the left with a plain overlight and an adjacent 6-pane sash window to the right, as well as a narrower doorway on the right without an overlight and an adjacent narrower 6-pane casement window with a top light to the left. The left door is a 20th-century multi-panelled design, while the right door is a plain board. All rear doorways have a concrete step up, and the entire building is set on a concrete plinth. The heads of all rear windows are also located under the eaves.
The building was not inspected at the time of the survey.
