Description
Tenants Cottage is a two-storey building located on the west side of South Court Noyadd Trefawr. It dates from the 19th century and is constructed of colourwashed rubble stone with a slate roof that is hipped to the north, featuring a stone stack at the south end. The cottage has a three-window range, with three cambered-headed windows that have brick heads above. The left window is a triple casement, the one to the right of centre is a 6-pane window, and there is a pair of casement windows to the right. On the ground floor, there are four doors, each with cambered brick heads, and a small window in the centre. The building is set into a bank, with the upper floor accessible via stone steps located at the north end. There are 20th-century windows at the rear.
