Description

6 Victoria Street is a row of six simple, classically-detailed two-storey buildings, each with three windows. The facades are rendered with a scribed finish and feature rusticated quoins. The roofs are slate, with a hipped design and an advanced pavilion at number 1, topped with cresting. Wide, boarded eaves and seven cement-rendered stacks are also present. Number 3 has a rusticated ground floor. The windows are predominantly 12-pane sash windows in numbers 2, 3, and 5, while numbers 1, 4, and 6 have later 2-pane sash windows. All windows, except those in number 3, have lugged architraves and keystones; number 3 has simple lintels. The entrances share similar detailing, with panelled doors to numbers 2 through 6 (although the door at number 5 is modern), and a modern door at number 1.
