Description

4 Victoria Street is a simple classical building dating from the 19th century. It is two stories high with a three-window front, featuring scribed render and rusticated quoins. The roof is slate, hipped, and extends to an advanced end pavilion at No 1, which has cresting. The eaves are wide boarded, and there are seven cement render stacks. No 3 has a rusticated ground floor. The windows include 12-pane sash windows at Nos 2, 3, and 5, while Nos 1, 4, and 6 have later 2-pane sash windows. All windows except for No 3 have lugged architraves and keystones; No 3 features lintels instead. The entrances have similar detailing, with panelled doors at Nos 2 to 6 (modern door at No 5) and a modern door at No 1.
