Description
Maesglas is a 2-storey, 3-bay house built in the Georgian vernacular style. It features a pebble-dash exterior over stone, a slate roof, and brick stacks at the gable ends. The rear has a catslide roof over an outshut. The main elevation's openings are offset to the right side, with an off-centre boarded door beneath an overlight. This door is flanked by 6-pane sash windows on the lower storey, with similar windows aligned above. There is a 20th-century breeze-block outshut to the left.
Although not inspected, the interior is likely to include a kitchen with a large chimney breast on the left and a small parlour to the right of the stair on the lower storey, with bedrooms above. The kitchen is expected to have a black quarry tile floor.
