Description
Meiros is a villa built with unpainted roughcast and features a slate eaves roof along with rendered end stacks. It stands two storeys high with an attic and has three bays, characterized by paired brackets supporting the flat eaves. The building has angle quoins and two two-storey bays on the west front, which contain four 12-pane hornless sash windows. These bays are flanked by panelled thin piers and have cornices above each floor. The central bay features a 12-pane hornless sash window above a 20th-century door, which is topped with an overlight and set in an earlier timber surround that includes reeded thin half-column shafts and a corniced hood supported by brackets. There are two dormers with bargeboards and finials, and the overhanging verges are adorned with brackets on the end walls. A 20th-century extension is located to the south. At the rear, there are two added timber oriel windows with horned sashes. The building has not been inspected.
