Description
Cwm Factory, also known as Leri Mills, is a single-storey industrial building constructed from rubble stone and topped with a slate roof. The building features five cross-mullioned windows facing the river, which are small-paned timber with iron glazing bars. At the eastern end, there is a 13-foot undershot iron wheel made by Samuel Owens of Newtown in 1858. To the right of the wheel, there is a door with a timber lintel and a window with a brick head positioned above it. At the western end, there is a centrally located door with a brick head and a pair of casement windows to the left, also with a timber lintel.
