Description
No 3 Tyrrel Place is a two-storey building constructed from coursed rubble stone, topped with slate roofs, featuring bracketed eaves and pale red brick stacks. It is part of a six-window range that includes Nos 1-3, with Nos 1 and 2 being a mirrored pair built first, followed by No 3. At the northern end, Tyrrel House was added later, which has three windows. The building showcases horned 12-pane sash windows with slate sills and brick heads, along with doors that have overlights. There is a straight joint between Nos 2 and 3, and also between No 3 and Tyrrel House.
Notably, No 3 features a stone keystone above the brick head over its door, which has a 20th-century design. The building also has a stack at the northern end.
