Description

Pont Einon is a three-arched bridge built from rubble stone. It features two cutwaters on each side and raised piers at both ends. The arches are recessed and constructed with stone voussoirs and raised keystones. Above the arches, a string course breaks forward over the piers. The parapets are splayed out at each end and topped with stone coping. The outer piers of the bridge are raised square piers with stone coping, while there are smaller raised piers over the two central piers that do not extend above the parapet coping.
