Description
Maes-llyn is a two-storey building with a whitewashed roughcast front and a slate roof, featuring end stacks. The northern side is made of stone, while the southern side has a larger roughcast stack. The front has a three-window range of horned 12-pane sash windows, which are offset to the left and have stone sills. There is a 20th-century ledged door, and a plaque above it reads 'D. Jones Tenant 1815'. The northern wall is made of rubble stone and includes a small loft light. The line of the chimney continues down on the left side, suggesting that the roof has been raised. The southern end wall is also roughcast.
There is a 19th-century southeast rear wing that has an eastern stack and is two-storey with a two-window front. Additionally, a 20th-century roughcast northeast wing runs parallel to the original range.
