Description
60 Marine Terrace is a four-storey building dating to the 18th century. The front facade is constructed from stucco, roughcast, and cement render, with channelled ground floors and plinths. The roof is slate, featuring stock brick chimney stacks and wide bracket eaves. The windows are mainly horned sashes. Nos. 58 and 60 to 62 have ornamented architraves to the first floor windows, while No. 57 has plain architraves. A modern window is present in the upper floors of No. 59. Later half-glazed porches have been added to Nos. 57 and 59. At the rear, some small-pane sashes are set within a rubble wall. This building is considered to have group value, contributing to the character of the area.
