61 Marine Terrace

61 Marine Terrace is a Victorian terrace that shares stylistic similarities with the late Georgian Promenade. The building is four stories high and features a two-window uniform façade made of stucco, roughcast, and cement render, with channelled ground floors and plinths. It has slate roofs, stock brick chimney stacks, and wide bracket eaves. The windows are mainly horned sash types, with Nos 58 and 60 to 62 displaying ornamented architraves on the first floor, while No 57 has a plain architrave. No 59 has modern windows on the upper floors. Additionally, Nos 57 and 59 have later half-glazed porches, and there are some small pane sashes at the rear, which is constructed of rubble.
