Description
Glyncoed is a lodge to Falcondale, constructed from squared blue lias stone, featuring modern plain tiles on its gabled roofs. The building is one and a half storeys high and has a gable end facing the road. The gable includes plain bargeboards, with small-paned metal casement windows on the first floor, set beneath a stone lintel and sill, with brick jambs and a segmental pointed relieving arch. The ground floor features a canted bay window with iron lattice glazed casements and bracketed eaves leading to a hipped tiled roof.
To the left, there is a set-back wing that includes a window and door, both with brick jambs and heads, under an outshot roof supported by three large timber brackets. The north end gable has a pair of upper casement windows and a modern ground floor window.
