Description
Farm Lodge to Croxteth Hall is a lodge built in the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof. The building is one storey high and features a layout of 2 by 3 bays. The stone-capped base and a flush lintel band are notable architectural details. There are two gabled rectangular bays that contain paired segmental-headed windows, each with keystones and chamfered mullions, along with a central small light. To the right, there is a low 20th-century extension. The left side of the lodge has two segmental-headed windows and a segmental-headed entrance on the left, which is topped with a bracketed gable. Above the windows, there are plaques featuring a cross moline. The building is also adorned with two stacks that have rounded ends.
