Description

This is a late Georgian building with Victorian alterations, presented as a pair of symmetrical three-storey structures with stucco facades. The building has a slate roof, chimney stacks constructed of rubble and brick, wide bracketed eaves, and skylights. Full-height, splayed bay windows with cornices and panelled aprons are located at each end. Most windows are sash windows with horns, but number 27 retains small panes of glass above the entrance. A paired Tuscan Doric porch is centrally located, featuring panelled reveals and six-panel doors, with a small-paned fanlight above the entrance to number 27.
