Lodge to St Davids University

The Lodge to St Davids University is a single-storey building designed in a simplified Tudor Gothic style. It features scored render, likely over rubble stone, a slate roof, and cast iron small pane casement windows with hoodmoulds. The main elevation faces the approach to the College compound and has a gabled design with an advanced central bay. There is a central door with an altered window to the right and a central roundel above. On either side of the door are windows, with the right window being a replacement in a similar style. A modern flat roof porch is present. The College Street elevation has two windows, while the college elevation has three, including a central double window. The roof has bracketed overhanging eaves, decorative ridge tiles, and finials, along with two rooflights on the College side. The building has not been inspected.
