Description
Glendower is a building consisting of two cottages that are part of a terrace of three, located to the south. The cottages have different finishes and feature slate roofs, with slated barges on the upper cottage. There is a rubble party chimney stack with stone tabling, and another rubble stack to the right, which is shared with the taller rear wing of the Commercial Inn.
Glendower itself has a roughcast facade with three bays, which is offset to the right, and a smooth rendered plinth. It features small 12-pane hornless sash windows with painted slate sills and a 20th-century central front door.
The upper cottage, situated between Glendower and the Commercial Inn, has a painted rubble facade with three bays, also offset to the right. All openings in this cottage have been blocked with concrete blocks. It has two upper windows with timber lintels and stone sills, while the ground floor includes windows and a central door that have cambered stone voussoired heads.
