Description

This is a bronze statue of Edward, Prince of Wales, who served as Chancellor of the University. The statue was created by Mario Rutelli from Rome and stands on a stepped pedestal made of Italian marble. The pedestal is inscribed with "Tywysog Cymru Canghellor Brifysgol. MCMXXII," which translates to "Prince of Wales Chancellor of the University. 1922."
