Description

13 Market Street is a pair of three-storey houses with an asymmetrical design. The front is finished in stucco with a scribed texture, and the roof is covered with slate. The chimneys are made of red brick. The left house features two window bays, while the right house has one.

On the second floor, the windows are twelve-pane hornless sashes arranged in a 4 over 8 configuration, each with moulded architraves. The first floor windows are sixteen-pane hornless sashes set in lugged architraves, accompanied by three raised plaster medallions. The ground floor windows are similar to those on the first floor. The doorcases are offset to the right and are topped with bracketed cornices.
