Description

Tai Clochydd is a three-storey, three-window pair of houses built from local brick, which has been painted. The building features a slate roof with scalloped eaves fascia board and rectangular brick end chimneys. The second floor has three twelve-pane hornless sash windows with heavy stone sills. On the first floor, the central window is a dummy, while the outer windows are twelve-pane hornless sashes. The ground floor has a single central square-headed doorway, which includes a doorcase with a cornice and panelled returns, along with a panelled door. On either side of the doorway, there are twelve-paned hornless sash windows. The entrance doorway leads into an interior passageway, which has thin timber-framing on the sides and a door leading to each house.
