Ty'n-y-llan

Ty'n-y-llan is a two-storey house made up of three units, constructed from axe-dressed slate with a slate roof and a tile ridge. The house is oriented north/south and faces east towards a small enclosed yard. There is a small front extension on the central unit, which is covered by a catslide projection of the main roof. At the rear, there is a gabled wing attached to the central unit, featuring a brick-capped stone end-chimney. Additionally, there is a brick-capped chimney at the south gable and another chimney, which is rendered and brick-capped, located between the south and central units.

The house retains small-pane windows typical of the 19th century, including several iron windows at both the front and rear. The doors are modern.

Attached to the north end of the house are single-storey outbuildings made from similar materials. There is also a detached single-storey outbuilding from the 19th century (pre-1886) located to the east of the yard, which features a brick chimney.

The interior has not been seen.
