Description
Warden Court is a two-storey building with a four-window roughcast front facing St David's Street. It features cantilevered bays at both ends of the first floor and segmental heads above the ground floor windows, which are sashes with glazing bars. The entrance has a pilastered doorpiece with panelled reveals and a panelled door, topped with an ironwork bracket. The gable ends at the rear yard display assorted brickwork and rubble, with timber studding. The front elevation towards High Street is also two storeys high and roughcast, with a higher elevation in the three right-hand bays, covered by overlapping hipped slate roofs and tall brick stacks. It has four windows, which are sashes with glazing bars set in plain reveals. An ironwork canopy with fretwork panels extends over the ground floor veranda. The southeast elevation to the right has flush frames for the sash windows.
