Description

Warren Villa is a mid-19th century building of an L-shape. The front is constructed of whitewashed brick with a slate roof and a central chimney stack. It has three windows across the front, with four-pane sash windows set beneath segmental arches on the first floor. The ground floor has two splayed bays and glazed doors. The entrance is on the left side and has a timber lintel and upright, with braces built into the brickwork. Rubble walling is visible to the alleyway and the rear of the property.
