Description
The outbuilding and boundary wall located to the northeast of Warden Court is likely from the early 19th century. This two-storey structure is built from rubble, with some brick repairs noted at the right corner. It features a vertical joint below an oculus, dressed voussoirs, and a hipped slate roof that has been cut off on the left side, along with boarded eaves. The upper floor facing the yard is roughcast, and the openings have segmental brick heads. There is a taller brick addition at the rear.
To the left, there is a lean-to extension that includes timber garage doors. A break in the wall next to the outbuilding leads to a tall boundary wall made of rubble, which is partly covered and continues from a brick jamb to meet the side of No. 2 St David's Street.
