The building has a slate roof and red brick chimney stacks, with sash windows that do not have glazing bars. The overall design includes a Victorian timber shop front, which has a ramped and lettered fascia, panelled pilaster strips that rise from a corbelled cill band, and a panelled stallriser adorned with a circular motif. The shop windows are made of plate glass. There is a semicircular rere-arch leading to a recessed entrance at the splayed corner, which has half-glazed double doors and a coloured glass fanlight above. Additionally, there is a four-panel door at the extreme left end leading to No 3 Ala Uchaf.
