Description

10 Ala Uchaf is a three-storey building with a one-window front, constructed from rubble. It is part of a pair with No 8, and No 10 features a pebbledash finish. The building has slate roofs and red brick chimney stacks, with mostly small pane sash windows; No 12 has margin lights. The doors are primarily four-panel designs with fanlights, and two of them are lettered. No 8 has a modern door, while No 12 features a later pedimented architrave.

The right-hand gable end facing the lane leading to the rear is covered in cement render. The rear of the building is mostly rubble, with some modern windows, although small pane sashes have been retained at No 8.
