Description
12 Ala Uchaf is a short terrace building that dates back to the 19th century. It is three stories high and has a one-window rubble front. Nos 8 and 10 are similar in design, while No 10 has been covered in pebbledash. The building features slate roofs, red brick chimney stacks, and mostly small pane sash windows, with No 12 having margins. The doors are primarily four-panel designs with fanlights, although No 8 has a modern door, and No 12 features a later pedimented architrave.
The right-hand gable end next to the lane leading to the rear is finished in cement render. The rear of the building is largely made of rubble and includes some modern windows, while No 8 retains its small pane sash windows.
