Description
The Pedestal and Bust of the Marchioness of Londonderry is located in the gardens of Plas Machynlleth. It features an unsigned bronze bust mounted on a polished granite tapered pedestal with a square base set on a stone platform. The bust depicts the Marchioness in a brocaded dress and draped shawl, with an inscription below. The pedestal has chamfered edges and bronze garlands beneath the cornice, along with a coat of arms at the front. The sides of the pedestal are inscribed with a tribute to the Marchioness.
