Description

Green Cottages comprises two to five cottages situated in Glasbury, Powys. Nos. 3 and 4 form a reflected pair, with a continuous stone and slate roof extending beyond a shared party wall. The cottages consist of one bay, and feature a boarded door within an open timber porch. The windows are paired-paned with arched heads, and have a ‘Y’ shaped central glazing bar. A wedge lintel is present above the ground floor window. Number 4 extends beyond the central four-flue chimney stack. The facade of No. 4 is similar to No. 3, but includes an unfortunately placed glazed porch over the door.
