Description
The former stable and coachhouse to Parc Gwynne, built around 1860-1870, has been converted into a dwelling. It is constructed of red brick with three courses of intermittent blue and yellow brick banding and features a slate roof with wide eaves. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays. The central bay, which faces the Green, is set slightly forward and has a gabled roof with cusped bargeboards and a central pendant. The ground floor has a late 20th-century round-headed window, with a circular window above it. The voussoirs of these windows are made of alternating red and yellow brick. The gable ends also feature similar cusped bargeboards. Additionally, there are three small roundels positioned at a high level on the elevation facing the house wing. The building was carefully restored and adapted around 1975.
