Description

7 St David's Street is a tall 19th-century house designed in a black and white style, likely with earlier origins. The building has three storeys and a basement, featuring a roughcast front with applied timberwork and slate roofs, which include roughcast stacks, one positioned at the boarded eaves. The front facade has two Georgian sash windows with glazing bars set in flush frames, offset to the right. The side elevations are treated similarly, with the roof sloping low to the rear. There is one window on the first floor at the rear of the left gable, which is adorned with a rectangular hood mould.
