Description
Bodmin House is a two-storey building dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century, with a front that belongs to an earlier structure. It features roughcast walls and a slate roof, with a rubble stack on the left side that has a weathercourse and a brick top, which is attached to the stack of Glenfield House. The front has three windows with segmental heads and sashes, and a door located under a 19th-century pitched hood supported by brackets. At the rear, there is a massive roughcast stack situated at the angle of the rear range, which has paired Tudor-style brick chimneys with a stellar section, partly rendered.
