Description
Sunnycroft is a building with a brick structure and a slate roof featuring openwork blue clayware ridges. The brick is painted white and decorated with a black-painted design that mimics elaborate timber framing. The building has a central two-storey cross wing that is gabled at the front, flanked by two single-storey wings on either side. The west wing continues as open garages with cambered brick arches, all of which are accessed from the rear. Each gable is adorned with intricately cut openwork bargeboards that end in eaves and apex spikes. At the center of the cross block, there is a small raised shingled ridge ventilator. The windows are made of timber and plastic and date from the 20th century.
