This is a late 19th century long range of eight bays used as cowsheds, located 30 meters northeast of Brookside Farmhouse. The structure features part open-fronted sections and a tollant. The rear and gable walls are made of rubble, while the front of the closed bays is covered with weatherboarding. The roof is made of iron, and the building has shallow pitch tie-beam trusses supported by small angle-braces.
