Description
The Knucklas Railway Viaduct is a 13-bay structure made of snecked, rock-faced stone. It features tapering piers, with the quoins partially rebuilt in blue brick, supporting round arches. The viaduct has a corbelled parapet adorned with battlements and saddleback copings. The abutments are topped with higher round turrets that include blind arrow loops and corbelled, embattled parapets. The lower terminal square piers exhibit similar detailing.
